Cookie Policy

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back with later requests. Cookies are widely used for sessions, preferences, analytics and advertising.
What we use
Visitors using the tools are not given a login cookie. The admin area sets one first-party session cookie so the owner can stay signed in until the browser closes. It is marked HTTP-only and is not a remember-me cookie.
If advertising is turned on, the ad network may set its own cookies to show and measure ads. Those cookies are described in that company’s policy. This site does not run a separate analytics product.
What we do not use
- No visitor accounts and no long-lived login cookie for people using the tools;
- No first-party analytics cookies from a traffic counter or similar product;
- No request that you click an advertisement. Units are labelled “Advertisement”.
Local storage and in-memory data
Some tools keep working state (for example, the images you have loaded or your current timer settings) in your browser’s memory and, where useful, in localStorage on your own device. This data:
- never leaves your device;
- is never transmitted to us;
- can be removed at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Closing or reloading the tab clears everything held in memory automatically. The homepage may also keep a short list of tools you opened recently in localStorage. That list is not sent to the server, and you can remove it by clearing site data.
Third-party requests
The pages use fonts already on your device. Some tools include open-source JavaScript that runs locally. If the owner has pasted an ad or verification script, your browser will also contact that provider, which may set cookies under its own policy. Blocking third-party cookies does not stop the tools themselves from working.
Server logs
As with any web server, our host records basic request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user-agent. These are not cookies, are not linked to any other data and are used only to operate and secure the site.
How to control cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, delete and block cookies and site data. Clearing site data for UtilNexa removes anything this site may have stored locally. You can also enable “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” — nothing on this site changes behaviour when you do.
