Merge PDFs without uploading
The PDF merger joins documents on your device. Contracts and scans never need to sit on this server.
A merged PDF is a new file that contains the pages of the documents you selected, in the order you chose. The merger reads each file in the browser, copies the pages into one document, and offers that document as a download. There is no account and no watermark on the result.
Order matters more than people expect. Put a cover letter first, then the agreement, then the exhibits. If a page is in the wrong place, drag it before you download rather than sending a corrected file later. The page thumbnails are there so you can see that order without opening another program.
Encrypted or damaged PDFs may fail to open. That is a property of the file, not a sign that the document was uploaded. If a file asks for a password in a desktop reader, remove the password there first, or use a copy you are allowed to edit. This tool does not bypass document security.
Merging does not magically make a scanned page into selectable text. A scan is still a picture of a page. If you need a smaller file after merging, check whether the source scans were huge. Reducing images before you build a PDF, with the image to PDF tool, is often cleaner than compressing the finished document blindly.
Open the downloaded file once before you email it. Confirm the page count, the order, and that nothing private was included from an earlier draft. When you only need some pages, the splitter is the better tool. A watermark, if you need one, belongs on the watermark tool after the merge, not inside the merge itself.
